Kansas Commission on Peace Officers' Standards and Training (KSCPOST)

Editor's Note: The Kansas Commission on Peace Officers' Standards and Training (KSCPOST) was created pursuant to L. 2006, ch. 170, which became effective July 1, 2006. KSCPOST is the successor in authority to the Law Enforcement Training Commission. L. 2006, ch. 170 also transferred certain powers, duties and functions from the Law Enforcement Training Center (Agency 107) to the Kansas Commission on Peace Officers' Standards and Training (Agency 106).
