The First Baptist Church of Topeka, Kansas (FBC) invites qualified and experienced vendors to submit a sealed proposal to install improvements to exterior church entrances that enhance security at FBC’s church facility located at 3033 SW MacVicar Ave., Topeka, KS 66611.
