Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $8,585,855.37 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $4,349,717.86 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at August 31, 2025.
