Notice of Revocation of Administrative Regulations

The following Savings and Loan Code administrative rules and regulations have been identified in a five-year regulation review submitted to the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules and Regulations as regulations for revocation pursuant to K.S.A. 77-440 and 77-426. The Savings and Loan Code was repealed by 2018 SB 335. The powers and duties of the Savings and Loan Department and the Office of Savings and Loan Commissioner transferred to the State Bank Commissioner. K.S.A. 75-1310. These revocations will be effective 15 days after publication of this notice.

The State Bank Commissioner has determined that the following regulations will be revoked due to not interpreting an existing statute:

K.A.R. 38-1-2. Relocation of home or branch offices.

K.A.R. 38-1-3. Processing of applications for establishment or relocation of a home office or branch office.
