Notice to Bidders

Sealed bids for School and Activity Buses will be accepted by the Kansas Department of Transportation on behalf of Kansas Unified School Districts and Interlocal Cooperative Agreements, until 2:00 p.m. October 10, 2025. The Invitation for Bid document can be downloaded at https://www.ksdot.gov/about/our-organization/divisions/administration/fiscal-services/special-procurement.

All bids shall be submitted electronically via email to KDOT#Procurement@ks.gov clearly marked as Bid Event CB0015.
