Authorizing Personnel Transactions
By virtue of the authority vested in the Governor as the head of the Executive Branch of the State of Kansas, the following transactions are hereby authorized:
The request of Kraig Knowlton, Director of Personnel Services, to assign the following job classifications to the pay grades set out below is hereby approved, effective November 27, 2022.

The request of Kraig Knowlton, Director of Personnel Services, to establish $22.72 as the starting hourly rate for the Geology Trainee job title at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment is hereby approved, effective November 27, 2022.
The request of Kraig Knowlton, Director of Personnel Services, to establish $25.05 as the starting hourly rate for the Geology Associate job title at the Kansas Department of Health and Environment is hereby approved, effective November 27, 2022.

The request of Kraig Knowlton, Director of Personnel Services, to establish step 10 of pay grade 25 as the entry rate for the Disability Examiner I job classification is hereby approved, effective November 27, 2022.
I have conferred with the Secretary of Administration, the Director of the Budget, the Director of Personnel Services, and members of my staff, and I have determined that the requested actions are appropriate.
