Notice Concerning Kansas Environmental Use Controls Program

In accordance with K.S.A. 65-1,233, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) reports the following summary on behalf of the Environmental Use Controls Program for calendar year 2021. During this annual reporting period, KDHE approved seven (7) environmental use control agreements pursuant to this act. The cumulative total for the program is 303 approved environmental use control agreements.
