Wednesday, October 14, 2026
TOPEKA – Kansas Secretary of State Scott Schwab announced that advance voting has begun for the November 3 general election. Starting today, counties may begin mailing advance ballots to approved voters who have requested them and may offer in-person advance voting.
Advance voting schedules and locations are available on the Secretary of State’s advance voting webpage. Voters who receive a mail ballot are encouraged to return their completed ballots as soon as possible or drop them off in person at their county election office.
Today through Election Day, the Secretary of State’s Office will share daily advance voting numbers on its X account. Follow along for the latest updates.
“The November election has officially begun,” Secretary Schwab said. “As I have said for the last 8 years, have a plan to vote and go vote. Your ballot is your responsibility.”
