POST ELECTION AUDIT SELECTION ANNOUNCED
In accordance with K.S.A. 25-3009 and K.A.R. 7-41-1, the Office of Secretary of State will conduct the random selection of offices to be audited from the 2020 general election.

Kansas Secretary of State Scott Schwab provided warning to Kansas business entities of a misleading mailing being sent to several newly formed Kansas business entities.
