GUIDE FOR CREATING THE SCHEDULE C .CSV FILE 

 STEP 1: Add data to fields following max field lengths and format. DO NOT include header records containing column (field) names in the file.

STEP 2: Save as .csv file, not CSV - UTF 8 (file name should be ScheduleC.csv without any spaces)

STEP 3: Follow steps to upload and import file
