GUIDE FOR CREATING THE SCHEDULE A .CSV FILE 

 STEP 1: Add data to fields following max field lengths and format. DO NOT include header records containing column (field) names in the file.

STEP 2: Save as .csv file, not CSV - UTF 8 (file name should be ScheduleA.csv without any spaces)

STEP 3: Follow steps to upload and import file

Amount 44.99 - required, must have two digits to the right of the decimal
PAC_Name John's PAC 100 required if no first name, last name, or Business Name entered
Occupation Attorney  75 required if amount is over $150
Business_Name Signs R Us 50 required if no first name, last name, or PAC Name entered
